I will give the paella a go, I love to eat it, but tend to cook jambalaya more often. Henceforth I promise to cook more paella, I even have the pan, a recent gift from Barcelona so no excuse really.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819270143119857602.post-11737865521553575122008-02-27T13:40:00.000+00:002008-02-27T13:40:00.000+00:00Bet I love chorizo even more than you! I'm not there yet, but you're very lucky to have your mother for that!

Hi Emiline - You have GOT to try chorizo!! I would try to ship you some if they wouldn't rot on the journey and make your first chorizo experience a very bad one. Jambalaya is quite similar in many ways, and is another meal I would never turn down. :)

Hi Bellini - It was quite easy, though i mistook easy for speedy and at the end of the process realized I had taken a good 2 hours of chopping, faffing, chatting and cooking. Must speed up next time. :)

Hi Ilva - Italian sausage is none too shabby either, though you know a good chorizo is hard to beat. :)

Hi Tiina - Yes, those slices barely make it home from the shop. :)Annemariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13611096567139013824noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2819270143119857602.post-561376084660486202008-02-25T20:07:00.000+00:002008-02-25T20:07:00.000+00:00Oh yes, chorizo is sooo good!
